Except man-made mistakes, we will exchange the defective unit with a new one within 14 days after you get our product. According to the guild regulations customer shall be responsible for the returning shipping fee.
Warranty: 12 months free warranty as default for this ES-LRF-B10X42 Series Hunting Laser Rangefinder Binoculars and with up to 2~5 years Optional Limited Charged Warranty with Necessary Repairing Costs.
We offer 12 months limited warranty for our products including shipping after production finished. Damage due to misuse, ill treatment and unauthorized modifications and repairs are not covered by our warranty.
