Except man-made mistakes, we will exchange the defective unit with a new one within 14 days after you get our product. According to the guild regulations customer shall be responsible for the returning shipping fee.
Warranty: 18 month free warranty for this model 4-in-1 combo and with up to 5 years Limited Charged Warranty with Necessary Repairing Costs.
We offer 18 months limited warranty for our products including shipping after production finished. Damage due to misuse, ill treatment and unauthorized modifications and repairs are not covered by our warranty.
