As we all know, compact weapons have always used mechanical sights, and the time to equip them with scopes is very late. In 2018, the U.S. S. W. Command chose Trijicon's RMR TYPE2 miniature red dot scope as a compact weapon scope. The trend of replacing the mechanical sight with the red dot mirror is mainly because the optical components greatly reduce the difficulty of aiming the sight. The mechanical sight uses a three-point and one line aiming prototype, which can only aim with one eye. If the situation is mastered, it is easy to be attacked by the opponent. The accuracy of mechanical sights is greatly affected by the length of the baseline. The longer the baseline, the higher the accuracy. If the length of the compact gun is very small, the corresponding aiming baseline is also very short, and the shooting accuracy drops rapidly. With the development of the situation, people feel that the mechanical sight can no longer meet the requirements of the new century. The red dot sight simplifies the aiming to only need to make a point (usually red, sometimes green) aim at the target. It is often used in compact weapon encounters, street fighting, CQB (indoor close quarters combat) and shooting competitions, etc., or it can be used on a weapon with a multiplier to cover a longer distance.

Battlefire BF-RD-01 red dot sight can be adapted to all kinds of compact weapons by offering the shooter a accurate aiming point/circle. It can aim the target quickly with both eyes open and improve shooters' combat capability with the help of high precision aiming.
 

BF-RD-01 can also be matched with optical sights with magnification, which is very convenient to aim and shoot at close targets.

A. The battery can be replaced without disassembling the sight from weapon which can avoid readjusting the optical axis caused by disassembling.

B. Customized Icon LED and red dot, red circle, red dot with circle are optional.

1) . Not limited by the exit pupil distance. There is no need to set a fixed exit pupil distance when the firearm is installed, and it can be installed on the gun at any distance, just aim and shoot.
 

2) . You can aim with both eyes open at the same time. When using the red dot to aim, both eyes can be opened at the same time, and the red dot/red circle is aligned and pointed where to hit, which has a larger field of view and better accuracy. The field of view remains available during the firing process, and the gun can be replenished at any time, and the speed of aiming and shooting again is much faster than ordinary lens sights and mechanical sights.

A: It depends. All flashlights and lasers products will not include battery inside, expect for some built-in battery products. If you have to need the battery, please contact us before you place an order.

B: Most Red Dot Sight Weapon Scopes will come with standard CR 1632 or CR2032 battery, additional batteries would be offered as per your requirements.

C: For night vision and thermal devices, batterys would be included in each individual package as standard packing, but remoable battery will be discussed with buyer before shipping for safer and faster shipping service.
 

Q2. Will this item fit on my gun(s) /weapon?

A: All the Battle Fire products fit for a standard picatinny rail. Some small lasers only fit for subcompact weapons, and some only for long guns. If you can not make sure whether this item fits your weapon or not, welcome to contact us to help you.
