Product Description:
This Red Dot Sight (Scope) is available for hunting, law enforcement purpose with IPX7 waterproof level and is mountable on most weapons wtih adaptors, the basic footprint of this series dot sight is SHIELD. When selected as a weapon attachment, the Red Dot Sight replaces the weapon's iron sights. The Red Dot Sight is obtained by completing the first marksman challenge of any heavy recoil Guns with even 7.62mm calibers, or most types of Hunting guns. The Red Dot Sight is popular because it allows full peripheral vision and is clearer and easier to use than iron sights and other optics. However, the Red Dot Sight does not actually increase the weapon's ADS accuracy, which is always actually infinite. It also offers 3 types of optional aiming reticle patterns for different purpose and applications, each reticle pattern has 1-7 levels brightness adjustment with the precise of 2MOA dot size and 32MOA circle size.

Brief Operation Instruction:
The illumination buttons are located on the right side of the sight. Press and hold the UP(+)button longer than 1 second to turn the sight ON and it will remember the last brightness setting used. Press the UP(+)and DOWN(-)buttons to adjust through the 10 brightness levels. Hold the DOWN(-)button for 5 seconds to turn OFF the illumination.
Once the aiming dot is illuminated, you can increase the apparent brightness by pressing and releasing the(+)button;or decrease the brightness by pressing and releasing the(-)button. For example,use a low setting for dawn/dusk or low light conditions.
The red dot sight features a motion-activating feature which means that it powers off automatically after 3 minutes of non-use. As soon as the reflex sight senses motion, it will automatically power back onto the last saved brightness setting.
IMPORTANT: The AUTO ON motion-activated function works ONLY when you let the red dot sight turn off itself automatically and NOT when the DOWN(-)button is pressed for 5 seconds. The recommended steps are:
1. Turn ON the device by pressing and holding the UP(+)button longer than 1 second.
2.Press the UP(+)and DOWN(-)buttons to adjust through the 10 brightness levels (8 daytime and 2 night vision levels).
3. Let the device turn off automatically after 3 minutes of non-use.
4. When the devices detect motion in the future, it will automatically turn on.
Elevation/Windage
The 1x24x17 sight has separate controls for windage and elevation adjustments. to
make adjustments. Remove the caps and use a coin or flat blade screwdriver to turn the knobs. To adjust left or right. rotate the windage knob located on the right side. To adjust up or down, rotate the elevation knob located on top.
Mounting
The 1x24x17 has the shield footprint. Mounting your 1x24x17 sight to your firearms, may require a adapter.
