Except man-made mistakes, we will exchange the defective with a brand new one within 14 days after you get our product. According to the guild regulations customer shall be responsible for the returning shipping fee.
Warranty: 13 months free warranty with up to 5 years limited warranty for this model designator.
Warranty, we offer 18 months free warranty and 5 years limited warranty for our products with necessary repairing charges if they are out of free warranty period.
